We ship worldwide! Shipping occurs five to six days a week from Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA. Our shipping carriers are USPS and UPS, and our standard options are as follows:
Domestic orders under 1 pound = USPS First Class
Domestic orders over 1 pound = USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, our choice.
Domestic orders over $150 (after sales discounts) = USPS with Signature Confirmation.
International orders = UPS Worldwide Economy, Standard, or Expedited, or USPS First Class or Priority, our choice.
If you pay for a specific service, we will use that service instead of our standard.
Make sure your ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. If your package arrives at someone else’s address because you gave us an incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for replacing your lost package. If we receive the package returned to us, you are responsible for the second shipping charge and will be billed before we can reship your package to the correct address. If we do not receive the package returned to us, you may place another order.
If you have had difficulty receiving packages in the past, you may want to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, which offers you claim protection if your package goes missing. This protection is not offered with most of our standard services.
