Claims submitted:
Damaged: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered
Lost: Within 30 days from the last tracking update
Stolen: Within 15 days of when the package was marked delivered

In the event, your package is lost, stolen, or damaged rest assured Global jewelry Imports has your back.

While you may be upset in the circumstance that a package was not delivered when you hoped, we hope that Global Jewelry Imports having paid for insurance on your behalf shows that while things happen outside of our control, we have your best interests in mind.

Shipping details

We ship worldwide! Shipping occurs five to six days a week from Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA. Our shipping carriers are USPS and UPS, and our standard options are as follows:
Domestic orders under 1 pound = USPS First Class
Domestic orders over 1 pound = USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, our choice.
Domestic orders over $150 (after sales discounts) = USPS with Signature Confirmation.
International orders = UPS Worldwide Economy, Standard, or Expedited, or USPS First Class or Priority, our choice.
If you pay for a specific service, we will use that service instead of our standard.

ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE

Make sure your ADDRESS IS CORRECT AND COMPLETE. If your package arrives at someone else’s address because you gave us an incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for replacing your lost package. If we receive the package returned to us, you are responsible for the second shipping charge and will be billed before we can reship your package to the correct address. If we do not receive the package returned to us, you may place another order.

If you have had difficulty receiving packages in the past, you may want to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail, which offers you claim protection if your package goes missing. This protection is not offered with most of our standard services.

For some of the stones, crystals, minerals, and costume jewelry available at our Etsy store, we deliver custom orders. Contact us with your personalized order requests via Etsy Conversations and we will get back to you promptly.  thanks!

I have built excellent ties with ethical and reliable suppliers for my stones over the past 25 years. I do my utmost to procure only real and untreated stones and will note whether they have been handled or whether I have any doubt about them in the listings.

In our shop, we run regular deals weekly. During these discounts, please enjoy our discounted rates. We respect any discounted price only DURING the transaction. Once a sale has finished, please do not presume that we will be able to deliver the same discounted price. If you skip a deal, feel free to check the shop to see when in the future we will be having a sale again. Our sales are not revealed ahead of time.

All goods are sold as-is, but within 30 days of acquiring items, exchanges or returns are approved if they are not as advertised. Buyer pays return shipping unless we have arranged otherwise, and we are not responsible for shipping carrier loss or damage. The initial packaging must be properly packaged with the product.
